ORDERING:

This site features secure online ordering through Paypal checkout. We accept most major credit cards and e-checks through Paypal. Because we stock our own videos, all orders are shipped by U.S. Mail within 2 working days of receiving your order. Allow 2 weeks for delivery in the U.S.

RETURNS:

Within 3 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to LETSGETTRAINING.NET or AMERICANCOMBATARTS.ORG, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error): Any book in its original condition, unopened VHS video, or DVD. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from the LETSGETTRAINING.NET or AMERICANCOMBATARTS.ORG online stores. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

REFUNDS:

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you used a promotional code or certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at LETSGETTRAINING.NET or AMERICANCOMBATARTS.ORG. Please note, however, that promotional credit may be refunded and reused only if the promotion has not yet expired.
