The American Masters Council is not the rank promotion authority. The ACAF will recognize as well as advance rank. We recognize rank in an effort to set standards and establish legitimate Master Instructors.
Applicants who claim rank and titles above the community norm for age and experience ( i.e. 35 year old 10th Degree Grandmasters) can expect to have applications either rejected or extremely scrutinized.
